We run 3 Sessions a week ....

At Worthing Leisure Centre on
Tuesday 10.15 til 11.15
Thursday 10am til 11am

At Worthing FC
Saturday 10am til 12pm..

We also run a Monthly Over 60s Tournament on 1st Monday of the Month except Bank Holidays
