The success of Leyton Orient Walking Football Club has been very much founded on respect, enjoyment, and mutual support no matter what the skill level of the participant.

Leyton Orient Walking FC is a FA Accredited Club affiliated to the London FA. The Club was started in 2015 by local Walking Football enthusiasts and the Leyton Orient Trust with the primary aim of getting those who are over 50 participating in a fun, safe, social activity to address the known physical and mental health issues of this age group. The club now has more than 200 members registered with regular attendances of up to 24 on each of the four long running weekly sessions which includes a Women's over 40s Walking Football session. The Club has over 50s, over 60s, over 65s, over 70s and women's teams competing in leagues, tournaments and friendlies across the south-east of England. The Club has close ties with Leyton Orient FC with regular pieces in match programmes and with Walking Footballers participating in match day events on the Brisbane Road pitch.
