Argyle Community Trust deliver 2 Walking Football sessions per week aimed at over 50s at Manadon Sports & Community Hub. Sessions take place on Monday evenings between 5pm - 7pm (£5 per session) and Wednesday mornings between 10am - 11am (£2 per session). First session is free so anyone new is welcome to come along and give it a go.
