We play on the 3G pitches at the Littledown Centre in Bournemouth and we have 68 players aged from 50 to 75.
Our sessions are:
Tuesdays 09:30-10:30: fitness and skills (£2)
Tuesdays 10:30-11:30: a session open to all run by coaches from AFC Bournemouth (£3)
Wednesday 10:30-11:30: high intensity invitation seven a side (£3.50)
Friday 10:30-11:30: 2 x seven a-side games, open to all (£3.50)We field teams in the 50+, 60+, 65+ and 70+ age groups including the Dorset League, Hampshire League, tournaments and friendlies.
