Club & Sessions Details

We have been running since 2014 with squad sessions on Wednesday evenings plus mix sessions on Thursday evening and Sunday mornings. We also recently set up a ladies only sessions on Sunday lunch times.

We currently have a 50s, 60s, 65s men's sides and a new 40s women's
