INTRODUCTION
This Competition is owned and organised by NWFA and Red Sky Foundation. Throughout these terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NWFA and Red Sky Foundation. NWFA offers into this and all other competitions to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
The following are the terms and conditions for our (“Competition Terms”) and are supplemental to our website terms, conditions and privacy policy https://nwfa.co.uk/privacy-policy/ We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Competition Terms at any time without prior notice.
THE COMPETITION
The competition name is NWFA Defib Scheme. (“the Competition”)
We’re looking to provide venues with high frequency football taking place with a free portable defibrillator unit. 5 Walking Football clubs will be selected. Venues will chosen based on the volume and frequency of football being played. Ideally venues will not already have a portable unit available. This offer applies exclusively to NWFA/non-professional football. The 5 portable defibrillator units are courtesy of Red Sky Foundation.
HOW TO ENTER
The Competition will run from 06/10/2023 (“Opening Date”) and all entries must be submitted by22/10/2023 or the date stated on our promotional posts, which ever is latest. (“Closing date”)
Any entries which are received after the Closing Date may not be considered by us at our absolute discretion.

There are no entry fees for the Competition.
You may enter the Competition as many times as you wish.
We shall have sole discretion regarding acceptance of your entry.
You may be asked to submit relevant personal details and detailed information of your entry.
By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read and understood these Competition Terms and agree to be bound by them.
We take no responsibility for entries lost or delayed in transmission whether by email or otherwise. We have no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computable functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
ENTRY ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged be at least 18 years old (unless otherwise stated), except:
Our employees or workers, or the employees or workers of any company in our group;
Employees or workers of any organisation involved in the operation or administration of this Competition including prize suppliers and advertising agencies; and
members of their immediate families.
In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
PRIZES
5 x prizes available to win during the promotional period. Each prize consists of 1 x portable defibrillator.
Prizes are subject to availability and are not negotiable or transferable, Charities Buying Group will do our utmost to ensure all prizes are awarded.
We reserve the right to substitute any prizes with a prize of equal or greater value.
While every reasonable effort shall be made by us to dispatch prizes in a timely and appropriately secure manner we make no guarantee of successful delivery. Should delivery fail we are under no obligation to send additional or replacement prize(s) to winners.
The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier or other organisation connected to this Competition.
WINNERS AND SHORTLIST
Our decision of the winners is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
The winners of this Competition will be the entry chosen by NWFA of all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these Competition Terms. Winning entries will be chosen based on: The volume and frequency of football being played, whether they already have a portable unit available and whether more suitable application(s) have been made in the same city/location.
We will contact the winners ahead of a public announcement using the telephone number or email address or send a direct message to a social media account provided with the Competition entry to obtain signed written consent via our consent form.
You may be requested to provide proof to us that you have complied with these Competition Terms before being declared the winner.
If we notify you as a winner and you do not acknowledge such notification within 1 day from the date of notification, then we shall be entitled to withdraw your right to the prize and we shall have the right to select an alternative winner as determined by us.
We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
All winners and other entries may be shown in any future marketing material by us and our partners.
OWNERSHIP OF COMPETITION ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights subsisting in the Competition and its content, is either owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce any materials without our express prior written consent nor do or attempt to do anything which infringes such intellectual property rights or any intellectual property rights licensed to us by a third party including, but not limited to, seeking to identify the source code for the Competition.
All Competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to us will become the property of NWFA on receipt and will not be returned.
By submitting your Competition entry, you confirm that your entry:
Is your own original work and does not breach any third party’s intellectual property rights;
Is not defamatory, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, distasteful, pornographic or illegal;
Can be submitted to us and used without breaching any contractual obligation to any person; and
Does not contain anything which may be confidential or commercially sensitive.
If your entry contains photographs or video images of people, you must ensure that you inform them that you intend to use the material for the purposes of this promotion and obtain their consent.
Entries may also be featured on our website, forum and social media platforms and affiliates’ sites or within case studies that may feature in the public domain.
OUR LIABILITY
While nothing in these Competition Terms will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, we will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entry to this Competition or which are caused by a third party.
Although we have made all reasonable efforts to ensure our platforms are free from viruses and other damaging components, we cannot guarantee this. Neither can we guarantee that use of our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure and / or error-free.
We will not be liable for any damages or losses whether direct or indirect that you may suffer as a result of failure by us to deliver the Competition.
We are not responsible for any websites which you may visit via hyperlinks provided on our website and you visit and carry out transactions on such websites entirely at your own risk.
YOUR LIABILITY TO US AND YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
You agree to fully indemnify us in respect of all liabilities, damages, claims, actions, expenses, demands or costs incurred by us due to your misuse of our website or any breach by you of our website terms and conditions.
Nothing contained in these Competition Terms shall affect any statutory rights which you may be entitled to as a consumer.
PUBLICITY AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

GENERAL
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Competition Terms, we may at our sole discretion reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.
We reserve the right to hold voice, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
These Competition Terms are governed by English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
