This is to support teams and individuals who participate in wellbeing, fitness and those individuals looking to participate and teams looking to start up.

The purpose of The NWFA is to promote and facilitate the wellbeing and fitness in the UK for the purpose of fun, social interaction, physical exercise and competitive leagues and tournaments.

We want to promote more participation in the sport, working towards having an impact on physical and mental wellbeing and maintaining the ethos of having fun making new friends’ social interaction from playing kick about games through to competitive games.
